19m2 Studio, fully air-conditioned, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator which includes:

- 1 queen size bed, 1 dining area Smart TV, Wifi

- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer, )

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent. The laundry room is located on the landing.





This apartment is located in the center of Paris near the rue Etienne Marcel and the rue Montorgueil, very commercial and lively streets, known for their numerous cafés and restaurants.
