We arrived at the hotel to be told by the reception staff that he was “tired and fed up”. He then advised that we were in the wrong b&b hotel and that we would have to walk 15 minutes(with luggage) or take a taxi at 25 euros. When we finally arrived at the correct hotel (25 euros out of pocket) we waited a considerable amount of time in line for check in. Baring in mind this was 1am and we just wanted to sleep for a few hours before our early fight out this wasn’t the service we were expecting. It’s worth noting the exact name of the hotel and address as there are two b&b hotels with very very similar names.

When we arrived at the lobby , receptionist failed to verified our reservation and send us to different hotel ( we have to walk with a lot of luggage approximal 7 min ), when we arrived to the other one he said you are suppose to be to the first hotel . It was very poor customer service they hesitate to bring taxi to pick us up after i said this is your fault . They brought taxi and brought us to the right hotel , it was no apology form recessionist , very disappointed with them.

Great comfy bed in clean, spacious, quiet room. Conveniently located to airport with friendly, prompt shuttle service. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Exactly what we needed for our last night before flight home.

My family booked a stay for two nights. The first night the electrical fuse blew out after boiling some water in the electric kettle that is provided in the room. It took two employees to figure out the situation and they were poorly equipped. My father had to sift through his suitcase for a wine bottle opener to offer to tbe staff to open up tbe fuse box as none of their tools worked. Both days had poor air conditioning which resulted in poor sleep for everyone. Customer service was subpar. There is one female staff in particular that lacks in hospitality. She was annoyed through our whole check in process and what really lead to this one star review was her lack of professionalism/communication when our family chose to book the hotel’s shuttle service. It is an additional fee to book and does not actually go into the airport grounds. This was not shared with us. We found out at the last minute via the shuttle bus driver- when we went back into the hotel to clarify, the front desk worker just pointed to a sign that was convieniently placed behind the desk. Would not recommend this hotel unless you’re in a real pinch to stay close to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. For the last 10+ days there was no WiFi. The staff advised it was a problem in all b&b hotels but had no timetable for it to be fixed. The breakfast was inconsistently prepared with eggs sometimes cold and bacon occasionally looking like it’s been through a nuclear war. If there was a large group they struggled to keep up. Expedia offered a paltry refund for the internet issue, however for the amount spent on this reservation ($3,500) they fell woefully short in the customer service department. They claim to have contacted the hotel about the issue and that there was none. However, when I asked the staff they claim to have never been contacted. The staff also claim to have tried to contact Expedia on my behalf but I’ve heard nothing further in that regard. Overall I’ll not stay at a b&b property as I need WiFi for work and they seem to have a company wide issue. I’ll try my hardest to never use Expedia again as they can’t seem to contact their own contracted properties or lie about it when they do.
