On the 1st floor of a 1900s condominium, this apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) opening onto a bathroom with a small bathtub, a separate toilet, a living room and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, full set of crockery and utensils.
There is a separate toilet and the apartment is not overlooked, with a view over a small courtyard.
It features a TV with several foreign channels and access to Netflix, a printer, a bar-counter and a coffee table that turns into a a dining table.
A washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer and straightening iron are also available.
Ideal for a couple, it can also accommodate 2 children using the comfortable loungers.
