When we were told we’d been upgraded to a suite” i was really happy… should have known better when we had to take the lift up to our floor one at a time… 3 pokey little rooms do not constitute a suite… a “dressing room”, bedroom and small shower room with toilet …ok but not what we are used to

A perfect location for a Paris trip. Staff was helpful when require. Breakfast was good but lacked variety (if you are staying more than couple days it becomes boring). Room was great in space but there was slight musty odour and one of the window shutter could not be shut. Overall; a great place to stay and would Come back.

Lovely hotel conveniently located near Louvre museum. The room was fine but it was a bit too hot at night and there was rubbish from previous guests left under the bed, so please clean thoroughly if you’re reading. Nevertheless, this was very good stay.

The staff was friendly and location was ideal. The 2 things that will deter me from booking again is the shower was extremely small. Literally 24x24. Even my teenager could barely fit. Lastly because it is so close to the metro you can hear and feel every time a train passed.
