The main issue—especially if you are not a very deep sleeper—is the noise. The primary bedroom is very noisy both day and night. There’s constant noise from outside, the underground metro, and late-night furniture movement (likely from the restaurant below). We found the primary bedroom unusable due to the noise, possibly because the primary bedroom windows provide less sound insulation. The other rooms are also affected but are better. It’s definitely something to consider unless noise doesn't bother you at all.That said, aside from this issue, the place is great. The location is outstanding (can't get much better), the space is roomy, clean, and bright, and overall very comfortable. The living room sofa bed—which we ended up using instead of the primary bedroom—was very comfortable.One additional note: the front door can only be locked and unlocked with a key from both sides, which may be a safety concern since you need the key to exit.
