The large rooftop terrace is a rare feature in the city center and offers a direct view of the sea and breathtaking sunsets.

The house is located in the center of Parikia, just a few meters from the best restaurants, bars, and shops.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please use the provided ashtrays, as dry vegetation increases the risk of fire, especially in summer.

Toilets: Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, nappies, or any other items. Use the waste bins provided.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.

Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.

Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.

Internet: WiFi is available but may be unstable during peak season due to local infrastructure limitations.

Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
