Beautiful sea, sky and the best space

When we arrived, we realized that the main pool was under construction, exactly the time from our stay. All plugs in the room are not useable. They forgot to service our room.

Terrible vacation

I booked a pool villa room for 3 days, but the front desk told me the room is maintaining and need “upgrade” to a junior suite, but the junior suite is very old and dirty, the room condition is terrible, second day I check with another front desk, the fact is my pool villa is using by another customer, I need to wait for him/her to check out. It is ridiculous. At last, their main pool is under maintenance until mid of Sep, I have nothing to say to this resort.
