It has 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and 4 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep and upstairs you will find a solarium arranged to take advantage of the heat of the sun.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, an oven, a rice cooker, a toaster, an espresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a complete crockery kit…
A washing machine and a drying rack are also available.
Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a large private swimming pool and jacuzzi with crystal clear water heated by the Pattaya sun!
The villa is ideally located between the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Jomtien and Pratumnak.
Close to all amenities and all kinds of shops, laundry, taxi service and scooter rental. A few steps away, you will discover very good restaurants open mornings, lunchtimes and evenings as well as 7-Eleven convenience stores.
