The hotel manager asked for a deposit that a receipt was not given for therefore she basically kept my $2000 Baht room deposit since I had no receipt. I had no recourse which is likely my own fault. However, honesty would be a great turnaround for this persons character. Disappointed in her but nice property overall in need of some improvement.

A hidden gem

This hotel is amazing. Great, quiet location that is within walking distance to any and everything you could need. Super friendly staff. Very modern vibe. Only negative is the WiFi isn’t great, don’t even try watching Netflix on the tv as it loses connection constantly. But don’t let that discourage you from staying here, hard to find a better hotel in pattaya for the price

If it was not for the price ... Land of the smiles but not even one smile at the reception . First they said I cancelled my reservation . Then they found it . You can go in and out of the lobby and no one will say hi . If felt sterile not welcoming . The property needs some repairs in the rooms . It has much potential.
