* The apartment is strictly non-smoking (penalty THB10,000 applied, if smoke within the apartment). You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, but please ensure the balcony door is kept fully closed.

### Important Information

To ensure clarity and a wonderful stay, please read the following details before booking:

* **Cleaning:** Daily cleaning is not provided. A deep cleaning service, which includes a change of all linens and towels, is available upon request for a fee of THB1,000. We do not provide daily or weekly towel changes; please use the in-unit washer/dryer with a quick wash function.
* **Supplies:** We provide a starter set of amenities. Consumables such as toilet paper, detergents, and bottled water are not refilled during your stay and can be purchased from the nearby convenience store.
* **Breakfast:** Breakfast is not included. The kitchen is available for you to prepare your own meals.
* **Monthly Stays:** For stays of one month or longer, utility costs are charged separately. Electricity is THB 7 per unit, and water is THB 45 per unit.
* **Damages:** You may be required to pay for any damages caused to the property during your stay.
