5min walk to the sea: large house w/ little pool

A charming house, completely renovated a few years ago and divided into 4 apartments, for up to 14 guests. This ad refers to the entire house, including the large outdoor garden and swimming pool, which will be reserved exclusively for you and not shared with any other guests.

The house consists of:

upstairs, a penthouse surrounded by panoramic terraces overlooking the sea, divided into two bedrooms (one with around 1.60m large double bed, the other with 1.30m large double bed), two bathrooms with shower, a living room with kitchen. Thanks to the single sofa bed in the living room, the penthouse can accommodate up to 5 people;

on the lower floor, three studios with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower each. The studios can accommodate 2, 3 and 4 people respectively; in fact, in one of them there is an additional single bed, and in another a bunk bed.

Therefore, the house is an ideal solution for 4 families or 4-5 couples who want to share the holiday without giving up their privacy, or even to a group of friends (maximum 14 people, it is not possible to add other beds).

The house is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with lots of greenery, a barbecue and a small private swimming pool (round, about 4m in diameter), ideal for children or even adults to cool off from the summer sun.

The sea is less than 5 minutes away on foot; the beach below the house is a free pebble beach with crystal clear water, also suitable for children. In a few minutes by car you can reach the sandy beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse, including the equipped beaches of the Maldives of Salento and Cinque Vele. There are several supermarkets, shops and restaurants within a few minutes' drive.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €220, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1000 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,44 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
