The property consists of a main ground-floor apartment and an additional independent room on the lower level. The ground floor is accessed easily from the street through a small gate that opens into a paved stone courtyard, followed by just 2-3 steps.
Inside, the entrance leads into a bright, airy living space with rustic décor, a decorative fireplace, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table. At the far end of the room, a fully equipped kitchen enjoys a large front window with beautiful sea views. A shared bathroom with shower is also located on this level.
