Well maintained and beautiful villa in Denia, La Sella Golf residential area, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 4 people. The multi-storey house is located in a quiet residential area and offers spectacular views of the countryside, the sea, the Montgo mountain and the La Sella golf course.


Villa Arriba was recently improved after sale and offers all amenities spread over 3 floors. In the upper area there are 2 bedrooms with wonderful views and a bathroom. On the middle floor you may find the open kitchen with dining area and a guest toilet. Going further down there is the cozy living area with sofas and TV, as well as a glazed terrace with seating from which you have direct access to the private pool. The pool terrace with sun loungers and dining area, offers wonderful view and makes this place ideal for relaxing holidays in a well-kept ambience surrounded by many plants.


Various beaches, as well as the large shopping center Portal La Marina and the center of Denia can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The well-known 27-hole La Sella golf course is located directly below, making this accommodation ideal for all lovers of this sport. La Sella is an excellent starting point for cycling tours and hikes. The nearby Hotel Syncrosfera offers excellent training opportunities especially for cyclists. The holiday home is also very popular with families and friends. Price-performance ratio is very good!


The villa has fiber optic internet connection, as well as air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms. There is also a separate storage room with washing machine. The air conditioning system can also be used for heating in cooler seasons and there is also a gas fireplace and gas auxiliary heaters.


This holiday accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is a private parking for one car and also plenty of street parking. Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 500,00 is required.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Traumblick

Alles war wunderbar - vom reibungslosen Check-in-Vorgang über die makellose Sauberkeit in und um das Haus bis zum Pool. Am schönsten war der herrliche Blick bis zum Meer.

Schöner Urlaub!

In dem Haus war ein erholsamer Urlaub möglich. Es hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind echt toll. Supermärkte sind gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem deutschsprachigen Anbieter lief hervorragend (es gab einen Internetausfall. Der Anbieter hat sich schnell mit dem Netzbetreiber in Verbindung gesetzt und das Problem wurde schnell behoben). Dem Haus fehlt eigentlich nur ein Grill draußen und der Wäscheständer müsste mal ersetzt werden (fehlen schon Streben + Wäscheklammern bei dem Wind da oben). Bei der Müllentsorgung müsste sich etwas überlegt werden. Es gibt in der Straße eine Sammelstation bei der man telefonisch einen Code anfordern muss. Wir konnten an zwei unterschiedlichen Tagen dort niemanden erreichen. Eine andere Anwohnerin hat uns ihren Code geborgt. Wäre schade, wenn man sonst die Müllsäcke vor der Station ablegen müsste. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Haus ist toll und wir kommen gerne wieder!
