This very stylish and spacious villa is set in the exclusive Sea Caves area close to Coral Bay in a countryside location surrounded by banana plantations and other luxury villas. It is built in a very large plot of land (2.500sq.m) and has an extensive mature garden offering complete privacy to relax and sunbathe.

The house benefits from uninterrupted sea views from its upper terrace, which stretches along one side of the house and in front of the pool area. This is a most comfortable villa in a peaceful location, just ideal for larger families or groups of friends with the added convenience of a local tavern within easy walking distance. This exclusive villa has a very large pool (6x12meters). Pool heating available. It is provide a pool table tennis and free internet access ( WIFI ).

An impressive driveway leads up from the service road and into the ample parking area. The front entrance which houses a guest cloakroom, opens out into a well furnished open plan living/dining room with large dining table and also comes complete with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels, however, includes sports channel, cartoon, movies and many more), DVD and Sony Play station 2. Patio doors lead out onto the front pool terrace and barbecue area and these have lovely views of the sea. The large well equipped kitchen has dishwasher and microwave and in the utility room there is a washing machine.

On this ground floor level is to be the first of the five air-conditioned bedrooms, a double with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto the front pool terrace. There is also a guest shower room with WC located on this level.

A rather grand staircase then leads up to the first floor and the remaining four bedrooms. These consist of two pretty twin bedrooms and a double bedroom each having patio doors with access to the upper balcony. These rooms share the large family bathroom. The master double bedroom has walk-in wardrobes, patio doors onto the upper terrace and a most attractive en-suite bathroom with twin vanity units, WC and a whirlpool bath.

Outside the villa is a sheer delight with spacious, well furnished sun terraces that catch the sun all day through. There is a shaded area with large table for outside dining, plus a brick barbecue and table tennis table for your added enjoyment. The large 12 meter heated pool has Roman steps into a shallow end for children and pretty terrace gardens complete this lovely outside area.

Families will appreciate a nice snack bar/restaurant located 400 m from the villa, offering a playground and grass area as well as nice seating providing beautiful views of the sea and amazing sea caves formations. There is also a path at the sea front leading to another restaurant (operating in summer months) nearby – 1.2 km.
