Residence of the 70s, calm and sunny 4 floors, offering very beautiful view. Communal parking not covered free of charge at the bottom of the residence. Access is via stairs. The slopes are about 200 meters away and the shops are close by (sports shops and mini market).

Renovated apartment of about 44m2, composed with an equiped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed giving on a double south balcony, a room with double bed also overlooking the balcony, 1 cabin with 2 bunks beds and 1 high single bed, shower room and separeted toilet.
This property is located about 200 meters from the slopes and a staircase gives access to the residence.

Equipment : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, vitroceramics cooking hobs. Television. Rented with ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 double bed, 1 high single bed.;

Sanitary: A shower room with separated toilet.
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.


Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
