Stay was quite nice, although there are a few things worth noting. We were in a suite capable of sleeping 6 people, there were only 2 bath towels, no flat sheet for the convertible bed, there was one small bar of soap for the sink and shower and the smallest bottle of shampoo. Staff was super helpful and very accommodating.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were beyond friendly, especially the sweet lady who was in charge of and made the continental breakfast (which was amazing). Nice playground right behind and a beautiful patio - - really family friendly.

The hotel is great. We are loving the pool. Our dog is even enjoying the hotel. They gave us a nice room near the back door so we could take her out to go to the bathroom easy. We really like the town of Winkler. Janzens Paint is a really cool store with lots of games and hobby stuff, the kids loved it. We also ate at Flavours and the Mexican food was delicious!
