This gorgeous 4 bedroom house is located in a quiet town near Penafiel and is perfect for families or a group of friends traveling together. With AC in all 4 bedrooms, you are able to control the temperature all year round. In the garden, there's a private swimming pool, sun lounges, and barbecue facilities. There's also free private parking which is always a big plus. We are looking forward to your visit!

The house is composed by:
- 3 bedrooms with a queen bed, one bedroom with a double bed. Comfortable linen included.
- A sofa bed and an extra single bed can be made available.
- 3 full bathrooms with shower. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience!
- A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal during your stay like an oven, stove, microwave, kitchen appliances, etc. There's also a washing machine, dishwasher and a wood oven.
- A big garden with a private swimming pool and sun lounges, a hammock, outdoor furniture and barbecue facilites.
- A game room/garage with a pool table, ping pong table, darts and other games as well as books and magazines.
- A nice, wide balcony over the garden with stunning views, where you can enjoy your meals.

Additional cleaning and laundry services are available upon request for an extra fee.

Large open & airy property in an elevated position, with stunning views of the surrounding hillsides. Great facilities with three outdoor BBQ's around the pool area and a games room in the basement which was great fun for us as a family. Positioned alongside a quiet village road (we were concerned this might be busy or noisy but to our relief, it was neither). Aircon throughout with the ability to control room by room was fantastic. Wifi was reliable. Driveway parking & access via the garage was convenient with bags & shopping. Kitchen had everything you could need, very large refrigerator & chest freezer so plenty of space for groceries if you are visiting as a larger group. Plenty of shopping & filling station options in nearby Penafiel. Restaurants & cafes available in Luzim itself & the surrounding villages. A bread/cake van visited every morning just 100M or so along from the villa. An easy jaunt in the car to Porto; around 40 mins. To Aveiro; around 1 hour. Praia Fluvial de Luzim, just a few minutes away. This is a fabulous villa for large family gatherings, bedrooms & bathrooms are well thought out, plenty of spaces to work or perhaps read alone but also a very large open living/dining space extending onto the balcony. Check in with the representatives from Lovely Stays was great, managed via email and SMS, very personable & flexible when meeting us in person, to hand over the keys at the start of our stay. Check-out instructions were straightforward too. Thank you!!
