At the Pendle-tin, you’re close to it all, yet feel tucked away in the west end of downtown Pendleton.

You’re 5-8 min from Clemson’s Death Valley, and 2 blocks from downtown Pendleton where you’ll find eateries, and shops. About 5 min from the lake and about 45-50 min from the mountains.

Inside you’re Equipped with a kitchen, full bath, WiFi, smart tv , queen bed and separate work space .

Outside you have seating for 4 and a propane fire pit.

you’re provided with a full size refrigerator, portable two eye induction cooktop , toaster oven that does it all, farmhouse sink, coffee maker, microwave, pots , pans silverware, basic cooking utensils and beautiful wooden countertops.

provides you with a loveseat perfect for two, a live edge dining area , smart tv and games.


THE BEDROOM
equipped with a closet , queen bed, smart tv, nightstands, and full bathroom where you’ll find all your toiletry needs!

you have your own patio area with seating for four, and a propane fire pit, with grill provided. Kayaks can be requested if desired before hand.

Pendle-Tin

Well appointed VRBO for 1-2 people. Nice touches such as throws on couch and bed for cooler weather; light up snowman to add a bit of festivity. Property is great shape and communication with owner is timely and efficient.

Perfect location for graduation weekend

We booked this last minute when my daughter realized she had enough credits to graduate early and everything was already booked or thousands for a small hotel room. This was a great location, minutes away from Clemson. Lucy was great with communication and the camper was so cute and well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Quaint place

This was a gem! Very close to Clemson's campus and was a fun option on our football weekend! The owner was excellent with communication and answered questions quickly.
