Apartamento muito organizado, limpo e completo. Atendimento excelente! Ótima localização (mercado, comércios e praia próximos). Não foi melhor (no meu caso) que fiquei por dois dias e durante muito tempo o condomínio estava sem luz elétrica, deixando eu e minha família sem um conforto adequado. De resto tudo tranquilo. Recomendo a todos.

O apartamento é extremamente confortável, com ar condicionado em todos os cômodos, camas excelentes, utensílios de cozinha novos e na quantidade ideal. Tem guarda roupas embutido nos dois quartos e banheiros. A anfitriã é super atenciosa e nos recebeu muito bem. O condomínio é incrível, com muitas opções para adultos e crianças. O imóvel é todo telado, oferecendo segurança aos pequenos. Muito bem decorado e agradável. Pretendo voltar com minha família e amigos.

Razoável, ficou a desejar por não ter televisão nos quartos , se tivesse ao menos em um dos quartos já estaria bom , nesse tempo de frio o apartamento é muito frio , é necessário levar coberta grossa para poder dormir , as que tem disponível é muito fina . Limpeza ok, utensílio tbm , internet ok

Excelente lugar, com pequenos pontos de melhoria

O imóvel é muito bem localizado, fica ao lado de um mercado (e tem uma farmácia dentro) além de outros estabelecimentos. Fica há 10 minutos do Beto Carrero e bem em frente tem uma praia. A estrutura do condomínio é muito boa, conta com 2 piscinas, espaços kids e uma brinquedoteca. O apartamento conta com uma varanda que possui churrasqueira para o lazer completo. Para o tamanho do imóvel e estrutura eu esperava ser equipado com uma TV maior e ao menos smart (existe um aparelho acoplado mas fica muito aquém e deixa a desejar). Além disso os controles estavam sem pilha (tive que adquirir para o uso durante a estadia. Itens básicos também foram disponibilizados de forma reduzida (papel higiênico, itens de higiene, itens básicos de cozinha) para uma casa de temporada, poderiam melhorar essa questão. Ao chegar a pia do lavabo estava entupida, resolvi desentupir por conta própria para não atrapalhar minha chegada e início de estadia. No mais, é um excelente local para ficar se deseja curtir Penha e região.
