You enter this pleasant dwelling after parking right next to the home in the conveniently short driveway, which has plenty of parking for family and friends. Three steps up to a side door lead to a utility room with a full-size washer and dryer, making it easy to do laundry after relaxing days lakeside or active days on the water and checking out nearby attractions. From the practical utility room, you encounter a spacious great room with an up-to-date kitchen, dining room and living area, ideal for both family meals and entertaining.

All-new hardwood flooring adds an elegant touch to the space, while attractive wooden-blade ceiling fans enhance your comfort level throughout the home. This area provides not just a huge, new 55-inch flat screen HDTV, but also a beautiful view of Keuka Lake. Everyone will enjoy the lake from this perspective, whether they like watching birds skimming along the surface or people sailing and fishing, or just taking in the changing skyline at dawn and dusk.

To the left of the great room is the master bedroom, with a luxurious king-size bed, master bath with shower, and large walk-in closet, not to mention more spectacular views of the lake. Homey touches include the Mission Style bedroom suite with a 32–inch HDTV in the Armoire. At the other end of the great room, a small hallway leads to two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds. This lovely house clearly is meant for fun and relaxing gatherings with family and friends.

Also off this hallway is a full bathroom with tub and shower, making it easy to clean up after coming in from a day on the water or taking in local sites. The roomy kitchen has a comfortable seating area at a large island for breakfast and snacks, with plenty of counter and cabinet space to accommodate the most ambitious culinary adventures.
Just off the dining area in the great room, go through a door and take the steps down to the finished, walk out basement, where you will find a large room with a ping pong table, a full bathroom with shower, and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen and a full size bed, and the other bedroom offers a queen bed for sleeping. From this lower level, take the 24 steps to a large level landing with a dock and walk-in lake access – your own private 190 foot beachfront! In the evenings, enjoy informal meals at the picnic table or start a cozy fire in the fire pit while you enjoy the serenity of the lake as the sun goes down.

Willow Landing is just a quarter mile from East Bluff Harbor Marina, and conveniently located 6 miles south of Penn Yan and just 2 miles from Keuka College. You also have easy access to Keuka Lake State Park. The Windmill Farm and Craft Market is nearby and a wonderful shopping experience. You are also close to the intriguing Keuka Lake Wine trail and several new microbreweries that dot the hillsides. Visit the charming Penn Yan Village shops and stop by Seneca Farms for a delicious homemade ice cream treat on the way back to Willow Landing. You'll never run out of interesting things to do!
