The swimming pool, with it's stunning dark grey liner, is conveniently located next to the property in the lovely, mature gardens. The tranquility and privacy create the perfect environment for a relaxing, sun soaking summer holiday.

The use of the pool is shared with the owners. Exclusive use of the pool, at certain times, can be arranged.

The swimming pool is not heated so will only be opened when temperatures permit, this will normally be in late May, early June.

Casa Serena apartment makes the perfect base for keen walkers, nature lovers and mountain bikers. There are a number of walks and biking trails directly from the property.

The village of Penna San Giovanni is a 10 minute drive and has a small supermarket, bakery, a number excellent restaurants and bars in the local area, a bank and a doctors surgery.
