Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), large, well-kept garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4.7 km, railway station "Pescara" 30 km, sandy beach "Montesilvano" 25 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. Airfield 32 km from the property.

Hier passte einfach alles, der freundliche Empfang mit einem Espresso und einem wunderbaren Geschenkkorb mit den Spezialitäten der Gegend. Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung.Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, super Pool mit regelmäßiger Kontrolle. Pizzaofen und Steingrill, wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, nur zu empfehlen.

Il Noceto ein Genuss

Im Il Noceto konnten wir wunderschöne Ferien geniessen. Das ruhig gelegene Haus mit weitem Umschwung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Obschon wir Mitte Oktober Gäste waren, konnten wir den Pool noch geniessen. Unter der Pergola liess sich vorzüglich verweilen. In der Umgebung gibt es viel schönes zu sehen.Danke für die vielen Tipps. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Danke Katia, Elena, Eduardo und Gianluca für eure Gastfreundschaft!

Tolles Ferienhaus abseits des Tourismus

Wir haben uns in diesem landestypischen und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus 14 Tage mehr als wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, der Garten sowie der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt, Platz ist ausreichend für alle vorhanden und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Außerdem sind wir selten von so netten und hilfsbereiten Vermietern empfangen worden. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und man muss immer etwas Fahrzeit auf sich nehmen, dafür genießt man absolute Ruhe. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Il Noceto - Perfekter Urlaub

Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Einziger negativer Punkt geht an Interchalet, hier gab es keine weiteren Auskünfte über das Haus bzw. genauere Ausstattung. Telefonisch kam keine Auskunft und per Email keine Antwort! Hier ist für Interchalet.de noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Ansonsten alles super.

Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich mit Leckereien und Getränken aus der Region empfangen. Die Verständigung hat auf englisch sehr gut funktioniert. Unser absolutes Highlight war der große sichtgeschützte Pool. Insgesamt ein entspannter Urlaub!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zudem sehr sauber, sehr freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber mit guten Tipps für Restaurants etc., schöner Poolbereich und schöne Terrasse beim Pool mit weitem Blick. Pizzaofen ist gut etc. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida Villa immersa nelle colline abruzzesi con famiglia. L'intera proprietà è molto ampia, recintata, chiusa da cancelli che offrono sicurezza per grandi e piccini. La villa è bellissima, completa di ogni confort. Zona giorno molto ampia con cucina in muratura. Camere confortevoli con aria condizionata. Piscina super accessoriata con lettini e idromassaggio. Menzione particolare a G.L. e famiglia che ci hanno accolto con grande cortesia e disponibilità. Grazie

La casa il Noceto ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Tutto molto pulito e con tante attenzioni ai particolari. Piscina stupenda e super attrezzata, casa molto grande e accogliente. Ottima posizione tra montagna e mare oltre ad uno stupendo paesaggio collinare. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia ci fanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno dato molti consigli su ristoranti e località nei dintorni. Un osti dove ritorneremo molto volentieri. Grazie a G... e la sua famiglia!!

Vacanze fantastiche!!!!

Il Noceto ha superato le aspettative! Ci siamo trovati benissimo nel casale attrezzato di ogni confort e curatissimo nei dettagli. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno consigliato su dove mangiare e sulle cantine da visitare: ... e le hanno azzeccate tutte! È situato a metà strada tra montagna e mare... quindi per tutti i gusti. Un posto indimenticabile dove speriamo tornare presto! Grazie a Gianluca e alla sua famiglia!

Die Anlage ist traumhaft. Es ist kaum zu beschreiben wie sehr uns das wunderschöne Haus, der tolle Pool, die herrliche Terrasse usw. gefallen haben. Es stimmte einfach alles. Wie schon von anderen beschrieben, erwartete auch uns ein sehr netter Empfang sowie Rotwein und ein kühles Bier. Wir waren als 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern hier und die Kinder (und damit auch die Erwachsenen) haben sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Il Noceta dans les Abruzzes

Jardin et maison paradisiaques et isolés sur une colline avec une vue magnifique et un calme reposant. Ancienne ferme restaurée, les gros murs garantissent la fraîcheur de la maison. La région est magnifique et la nature réserve des paysages aussi étonnants que superbes. D'une propreté impeccable, la maison spacieuse fournit tout le confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont charmants. A proximité Penne et Atri sont de jolies petites villes typiques de la région, La plage de Montesilvano est toute proche et agréable. Je recommande cette maison et cette région entre mer et montagne et je remercie les propriétaires, charmants, pour toutes les bonnes adresses de restaurants, marchés, évènements et activités qu'ils nous ont communiquées.
