Great house for big group!

This beach house has 3 levels great for big groups, right on the beach! The main floor has a nice kitchen and big living room with bedrooms and 2 bedrooms on main level

Great place!

We loved the location, layout of the house, ease of check-in/check-out. The property manager was attentive and responded quickly to every question we had and even provided some restaurant recommendations prior to our arrival to help us plan. Steps from the beach, and then outdoor shower and hoses to rinse sand off was excellent. Patios to watch sunrise and sunset were great, too.

Best location in Pensacola Beach

Beautiful house for a big family to gather together.Lovely gulf views from the top floor. plenty of rooms 2 living room where teenagers and adults can have their own space. Walking distance to pier and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!! Our only problem was the beach we couldn't enjoyed due to too many jellyfish it was so itchy.

Having 3 family groups gathering at this perfect beach location was wonderful. The house offered easy access to the beach and lots of space for gatherings and individual spaces. The deck chairs on the second floor was great for reading and enjoying the views. The dining space was great for our large group. Having a bathroom for each bedroom or close accessibility was great.

managment not check before let customer check in

when check in toilet not working, AC up 2 floor not working, 2nd floor is the most sleeping room without AC in the hot summer, got to wait next afternoon got technician come out, no broom for us to sweep floor . not really full enjoy as we expect.

Perfect Beach House!

This house was perfect for our large family. You can't beat being right on the beach! Everyone had plenty of room. Each morning several dolphins were out, the water was crystal clear. Everyone agreed this needs to be the house we rent out each week! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!!!
