*Included with this rental is two large wooden beach chairs and one umbrella. This service is seasonal from March 1 through October 31, so not during the winter months. *

This unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom non-smoking Gulf-Front condo located on the 6th floor of a 17-story luxury high rise condominium. The property sits on multiple acres with direct beach access to the Gulf of Mexico, so no road to cross to get to the beach. Simply walk out the back door to the pool area and you are steps away from the sun, sand, water & fun! Emerald Isle is conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within easy walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the Pensacola Fishing Pier. It is also home to the Blue Angles. You will have a front row seat from your balcony as they fly eye level to you during their July show!

In 2018, the unit underwent a remodel: kitchen, new flooring, & new paint. All basic brand new appliances, Keurig and regular drip coffee pot maker, and washer/dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed and guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with new plush mattresses and 4 inch pillow toppers added for extra comfort! The twin beds can easily be pushed together to make a king size bed if desired. The living room couches were replaced in February 2026. There is a full-size sleeper sofa and and a love seat that reclines. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The living room has a 65-inch wall mounted Smart TV. Master bedroom and living room area have a beautiful view of the Gulf through top to bottom sliding glass doors and balcony access.
Linens and bath towels are provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Emerald Isle features 2 pools (1 heated), a hot tub, and fitness center. There are 2 elevators, rolling luggage carts, and electronic gated parking which is reserved for guests only. Free WiFi is also included.

The condo was beautiful! It was equipped with all of the kitchen appliances and utilities that we needed. We appreciated that it had toilet paper, paper towels and soaps. A perfect location for walking to all of the restaurants. The condo complex was great too. It had 2 pools. One heated and one that isn’t heated. There’s a hot tub too. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Highly recommend renting from this host. They were quick to respond and made check-in easy. The property isn’t fancy but they are doing some updates in 2026. The fitness room is small and equipment is dated. Overall my family and myself really enjoyed staying here.

Thanksgiving at the beach

This condo was a perfect getaway for my parents and my family. It was plenty of room for 5. My parents, my teenage daughter, my husband and me. The balcony view provided a peaceful sunrise and sunset. There were so many restaurants and other places within walking distance. The condo was stocked with everything you would need from home. We look forward to visiting again.

Nice Unit Great Stay

We had a great time and the unit was nice and has a great view of the ocean. The only downside was the pool was closed but not the owners fault. We enjoyed the beach and loved that they had complimentary chairs and umbrellas!!
