Regency Towers 703 West is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the 7th floor with a huge beach front balcony! Enjoy being steps from the soft sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf. This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Three sets of glass doors across the entire front of the unit out to the balcony creates a spectacular view from every area! Spent hours in the morning and evening enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean on the lounge chairs. Lovely furnishings, super comfy bed, plentiful linens and kitchen utensils. Pat and Gary were amazingly friendly and helpful! Close to everything you need. Would stay again for sure.

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was gorgeous. The condo was decorated well, clean, and had all the amenities we would need. The walk to the beach was just a few steps. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with all questions/requests. The king bed was nice and roomy, but had a foam pad that made it a little too soft for our liking, but it was removable and the mattress was very comfortable otherwise. We definitely plan to stay here again!
