Kaunis rannanäköala pohjakerroksessa

Henkeäsalpaava näkymä rannalle olohuoneesta, keittiöstä ja makuuhuoneesta. Pääsee uima-altaalle ja rannalle terassilta. Condo on täysin varustettu keittiö liesi. On myös iso pesutupa. Erittäin mukava king-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa, täysin toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja queen-size-vuodesohva. Rauhallinen alue, mutta lähellä toimintaa, jos haluat. We stayed for 5 nights for a family trip. There were 4 adults and 3 kids. The location is great for easy access to beach. No dragging all the sandy toys and chairs through the condo. The kids really enjoyed the pool too.

Great stay

This was a quick evening stay on the beach. Coming from Texas on the way to Disney, this was a great middle point where we caught a few hours of beach time. It’s beautiful. We loved the first floor condo. It had terrific access to a really nice, uncrowded beach. Oftentimes, in Destin or Fort Walton, we would find crowded beaches. This was very nice.

Definalty could use a better cleaning company and could stand to have a little bit of updating. We had to clean the table on back patio before sitting at it. Other than that it was good and couldnt beat the view. It was very convenient to walk out the patio and walk straight to the beach.

Perfect Beach Location!

Enjoyed our stay, the ease to the beach and the pool was amazing. We could sit on the patio, listen to the waves and drink our morning coffee. The host was great to work with and the unit has everything you need for a wonderful beach getaway. We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful stay!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. And the ground floor access to the beach was perfect. We would absolutely come back and hope to do so again in the future.

Easy access

Property is on first floor so no stairs is a great option with a short distance from parking lot! Beds are comfortable. Couch and chairs are comfy. Great view of the water and right next to the pool which you can cut through to get to the beach. Building is smaller than a lot of others which makes the beach in front of property less crowded. Bathrooms are nice size. Owner is very nice and responds quickly!

Beach Weekend

The location is great. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Being on ground floor made our stay easy and very convenient. Heated pool was small but perfect for the 2 grandkids. We never cooked there but kitchen set up was good. Washer and dryer was used to wash/dry sheets and towels on departure. Quiet but it was November. Parking was very good just down a short hallway to condo unit. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Home away from home

Me and my wife celebrated our 15th anniversary at this piece of paradise. As you walk thru the door on ground floor( which is a plus for me) The home decor has such a homie feeling. The back sliding door has an amazing view of the gulf. Eazy access to the beach mrs boswell was very helpful and respectful i would love to go back

Great beach home !

Wonderful, comfy, and right on the beach home! It was a perfect family vacation from going to the pool or going to the beach to heading to the shops and restaurants... All with in walking distance. Great area for viewing the sunrise and sunset, watching dolphins swim by, watching the sandpipers and pelicans look for food, beach combing, and just relaxing and listening to the waves while lounging on the lanai and reading a book.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location and beach access. Plenty of dining and grocery options. Very close to several entertainment spots. Quiet and relaxing family vacation. Suggestion: New toilet seats, shower liners, and a good baseboard cleaning would be an inexpensive boost to the property. Overall, would book here again in the future.

Perfect vacation spot!

We were quite sad to leave this little gem along the beach! So easy to access the beach, pool right next door, beautiful views and all of the amenities you need to stay someplace for a week. The toilet in the main bathroom ran water a lot and made a squealing sound at times. That could be remedied by taking the toilet lid of and jiggling the chain. Not something I wanted to do on vacation but also something that could quickly go wrong and the owners may have had no idea. Still.....not something that would deter me from going back. It was wonderful and I highly recommend!!!!
