This beautiful new house is designed in New Orleans style architecture.



Double balcony. There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.

This is a lovely quiet neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.



There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on an electric scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

We are walking distance to many things. Also, Uber Lyft and taxis easily available.



We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.



Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking in front of house. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.



Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.

The property is clean, easy to access, well equipped. Short and sweet, the property owner reviews is why I chose this location and they did not disappoint at all. Great House & Great Location

This was my second time to stay in this home, and I would gladly rent this home again for future trips. The property is very clean and well kept, spacious and comfortable. The location is outstanding for getting quickly to downtown, to the Pensacola Bay Bridge area, to shopping for food, restaurants, mall, and settings that make every trip to Pensacola when I have stayed at the house an amazing experience. Overall, I give it five stars plus. The host is likewise, outstanding and extremely responsive to things that come up, and provides quick answers and solutions. Thank you!

Perfect in Pensacola

What an excellent property. I met with my 3 adult children for a pre-Holiday visit, and it turned out perfect thanks to the great location, wonderful property, and attentive property host! So clean, comfortable, and there was individual space for all 4 of us - yet the common space was fantastic for ALL of us!
