The Space:

This suite is equipped as a kitchenette with mini fridge/freezer, sink, and microwave. This suite offers the perfect blend of historic allure and modern relaxation. Enjoy your own private outdoor space on the suite’s balcony, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, unwinding with a drink in the evening, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Situated just a few blocks from downtown Pensacola, you'll be steps away from local restaurants, shops, and historic attractions. Plus, Pensacola Beach is only a short 10-minute drive, so you can easily enjoy the stunning coastline during your stay. Old East Hill Historic District!



Getting Around:

We have bikes on site for our guests. We are just a few blocks from Palafox Street Downtown.

To ensure a peaceful and serene atmosphere, our property is suited for adults only. To maintain the comfort and cleanliness of our space, we are unable to accommodate pets. A $200 fee will apply if this policy is not observed. We appreciate your understanding!

Our suite in this vintage home was wonderful! Clean and very comfortable…really liked having the private balcony. Great location to the historic district which were walked to.The night we arrived the lights in the upper common area hall were out. We contacted the owner and the following morning, everything was rectified. She was very responsive.

Very Nice Rental

Pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this suite!! The inside appeared to be newly renovated and was very clean! Their lock system was easy to use and gave you peace of mind for security. It was a quite neighborhood so noise wasn’t an issue. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well! We were in close proximity to lots of restaurants and not too far from the beach. And the communication with the host was a breeze…always received a response quickly!

Suite 3 of the Kelley House was so wonderful. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely accommodations and photos perfectly represent the space. Lovely grounds and attention to detail. Even the quirky front door adds to the appeal. Will definitely book this VRBO again. Great communication with host.

Absolutely perfect!

This is by far my favorite stay in a vrbo. Everything about this property allows relaxation. The room is beautifully designed, the grounds are thought out and well planned. My daughter and I biked daily (bikes are provided). Location is perfect, easy walk to dining and shopping. I highly recommend this property and owner.
