No hot water, this has been an apparent issue staff knew, before we had checked in. Girl at front desk said it had happened 2 days prior. Still no mention of this before check in. Had to practically beg to be offered another room hoping it was a single room issue, only to have the same issue. Guy at front desk, didnt care at all as if i was a burden. Wont be back, seems to be an issue they dont want to fix. Positives new looking place, decent breakfast. Morning crew seemed more engaged in customer services.

It’s convenient to the things we need to be close to. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
