Very creepy environment outside hotel. People walking around smoking and staring at us while walking to our room. Hardly slept because we were afraid they naught brake into our vehicle. Empty parking lot but room farthest in back away from the parking lot. Room had Dirty floors and roaches.

The first room we were put in was awful. The hot water heater made a loud clanking noise when it ran, it wasn’t clean, and there were no utensils. We complained a couple hours after checking in and were told we should have complained sooner. Regardless, they moved us to another room because of the noise. It was much better but still was missing dishware and a toaster. The pool was gross but warm. The beds were comfy but creaked a lot. Overall it was sufficient for what we needed but could have been much better.

DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS NOT A 8.0 QUALITY PLACE!

We’re not a confrontational family & we try to see everything with a positive outlook, that is why we attempted our 3 nights. We checked in on a Saturday & I knew I had more children with me than what was booked originally because the 3rd party booking only allows so many to be added. So during check in I discussed this with the man & asked if that was an issue, he stated no it wasn’t. He had me write just the adults down and stated that our children didn’t count just adults. Next issue, they wouldn’t allow my husband to use his credit card for incidental charges. Which was weird because I’ve booked several rooms or my husband has and we’ve both used our different credit cards. The gentleman said we could give him $100 cash deposit for incidental hold and upon check out it would be returned. We agreed and asked for a receipt - they refused to provide a receipt for the deposit. We just traveled from TX with our children & a premie, so to our mistake we obliged due to our exhaustion & our children wanting to be done riding in a car, though it seemed like a really shady business practice. When we arrived at our 1st room it smelled of heavy marijuana, the sheets were disgusting, there was dead roaches on the floor, & in the fridge there was rotting food. We switched rooms however it only continued to go downhill from there. Everything from the room being infested with bed bugs eating our family alive, stolen money, and police were called. Read remaining review on Google!

I arrived and had 3 kids had got a call from my booking with another hotel and it was out of rooms so emergency stop we had to find a place to stop after 7 hour drive i booked and stayed one night and they charged a $100 deposit fee and we never got back and all we did was sleep and left .

Hotel room is spacious with functioning full kitchen. Grounds quiet, small and pool available. Breakfast is slim with choice of cereal, danish, toast, jogurt, juice and coffee. Plenty of restaurants under 5min with vehicle. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Needs bedcloth urgent refurbish and better cleanup

Bed cloth dirty not only the bedspread in the main Queen bed but also the bed couch which is old, noisy and when we opened to use it found the cover sheet to be dirty with yellow stains. Bed floor was nasty, bring slippers or your foot will became black just by waking inside the room. TV remote was only able to power on /off and increase/decreaae volume, not changing between channels. Shower got plunged during stay. Breakfast is white bread with jelly, yogurt and cereal. Other.than that is ok

Not what it seems

I’ve stayed at this property before but these last 2 visits have shown me to go elsewhere.. the property LOOKS nice but the rooms are not cleaned properly and that can be a health hazard. Last year we found a syringe in our room and this year there was fecal matter all on the under carriage of the toilet and part of the seat, also there were black spots on the covers and the bedding was on backwards. The kitchen was not clean, certain supplies were missing and the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been changed.. it just was not a good experience this year. They did offer to move us but I declined this year , I was afraid of what to find next.. just too much and they did not offer anything else .. no money off the stay or anything.. also beware of the homeless walking through the property .. oh and the breakfast, don’t waste your time.. they had things like muffins and apples .. no waffles, pancakes, eggs or anything and the yogurt machine was broke. And my baby was bit by something IN THE ROOM.

Need to improve cleaning

Low cost hotel so no big expectations. Staff is good. Unfortunately bed cloth was dirty, not only in the main bed but also in the bed couch that when was opened was found to have a dirty cover with yellow stains and rest of old food. Room floor was also dirty, forgot to bring my flips and I regretted. Beds are noisy. But again for the price is not bad.just need to fix the serious problem with cleanliness.

The manager of the property was kind and professional the other gentleman on the other hand, I found to be rude. When it came to requesting fresh towels and an extra blanket, I was questioned every time as a paying customer, I’m paying for all the amenities that comes with the hotel. The continental breakfast could’ve had more to offer besides toast and little muffins and there was no juice, it had ran out. All I can say is good thing I rented a room with the kitchen. I ended up cooking breakfast during my stay unfortunately that met me spending more than I had expected. There were no utensils I had to buy those. The only plus about the hotel was its convenient location.

It felt like they were lacking.

The hotel is great but it seemed like the cleaning service was lacking. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The fitted sheet for one bed was too small. It kept coming off. The floor felt dirty. Only a partial roll of toilet paper. No extra roll and we had 3 women in our room so that wasn’t going to work. The guy at the desk was very helpful and got another roll for us. The breakfast included apples, two types of cereal and blueberry muffins, and toast.
