All furnishing is new and the home is equipped with everything your family needs to relax after a long day at the beach. Bedroom #1 features a King bed and TV. Bedroom #2 features a queen bed and TV while bedroom #3 features twin beds. The great room features a recliner and couch.

This brand new home is centrally located near beaches, parks, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses, boat launches, playgrounds and tennis courts.

This was a nice getaway and Flamingo House checked all the boxes for cleanliness, comfort, safety and a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Perdido Key and Big Lagoon State Park drew us to this option and we were not disappointed in any way. The host gave great instructions for checking in and out. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is furnished and decorated nicely and close to the beaches and restaurants. We had an issue when we arrived with the lock, but Ken was extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again.
