This well-appointed single family home is located in the Arborgate community in Perdido Key, FL. Arborgate features a community pool for your enjoyment during your stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home can accommodate up to 16 - bring the whole family! The home sits in a quiet neighborhood with nature views from the back patio. The public beach is a short ride to the end of River Road where you will find public parking and access to one of the finest beaches on the Gulf of America (a little more than ½ mile away). The house is beautifully decorated and has so many wonderful amenities. It has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including open concept living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, garage, bicycles and back patio. You're just a short drive or bike ride to the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of America! You will also be only 5 miles from the famous Flora-Bama!

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. When you enter the home, you will be on the main living level. This level includes the family room with large flat screen smart tv; an open concept living area comfortably furnished with two sofas and two chairs. There is also an adjoining dining room with room to seat 10. There is seating for 4 at the kitchen bar and additional seating for 3 in the breakfast nook. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare tasty meals. The main level also has a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room along with a power room (1/2 bath).



When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf, the home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms to choose from. 3 bedrooms are on the second level of the home and the 4th bedroom is on the third level. The primary bedroom suite, which is located on the second level has a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen smart tv, fireplace, walk in closet, dual-vanity master bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted tub and private toilet room. There is also access to the second level balcony.



There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second level. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, comfortable bedding and tv. The second guest bedroom as a queen bed, comfortable bedding and a tv. These two bedroom share a full bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. An additional guest bedroom is on the third level. In this bedroom you will find two sets of twin over queen bunks and a twin bunk. All beds have comfortable bedding and there is a tv as well. There is an additional full bathroom on this level with a walk in shower. Plenty of space for the kids to hang out!

The single car garage has beach toys, 1 bicycle and 1 tricycle. There is a beach wagon and beach toys as well.
