At first it might seem like it’s ghetto but it’s actually very clean. No complaints, could definitely use some soap in the showers.

They did not reserve a room, even though money was sent via Expedia. Had to pay again to get a room. Sheets and matress were wet and cold. Turned on the heat, slept on top of the blaket, it was dry. Only good thing, good water I enjoyed a very hot shower. Will not be a repete customer

I understand that there will be a deposit due for room damages. But, if the deposit can only be made in cash, surely there should be some kind of notice, warning or something in the location details or itinerary information. I shouldn’t find out that my non refundable room booking requires a CASH damage deposit at the lobby desk!
