The villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing and private holiday in the Marche countryside. Walking lovers can even reach the historic village of Pergola on foot, enjoying the typical rural landscapes of the area.

The location is also perfect for exploring the region: the spectacular Frasassi Caves are about 27 km away, Monte Catria about 40 km and the Monte Cucco Natural Park about 55 km. In less than an hour you can also reach the Adriatic coast with lively seaside towns such as Marotta and Senigallia.

The spacious and welcoming farmhouse is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay in the Marche countryside. The house is on two levels. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, living and dining room with fireplace, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with an extra bed. First floor: five double bedrooms with an extra single bed, one bedroom with four beds, four bathrooms and a balcony. An additional bathroom is located near the swimming pool.
