Overlooking Lake Como, the holiday home "Relax and Happiness" in Perledo welcomes you with tranquil views and a private heated jacuzzi available year-round. The 65 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and a shared dryer. Guests have access to a small shared gym, fitness equipment, sauna, and Turkish bath in the spa area with a heated pool. A crib and high chair are available on request.



Enjoy a beautiful private outdoor terrace with a heated jacuzzi, access to the spa with pool, Turkish bath, and sauna (1 hour per day), and a shared outdoor jacuzzi (30 minutes per day) bookable for private use. Parking is available in a garage 30 meters from the residence. Pets are welcome. Smoking and parties are not allowed.



The spa entrance features a token system to activate the Turkish bath and sauna. The shared outdoor jacuzzi is available from April 1 to October 30 at no extra charge, with the option to book private use for 30 minutes per day.



The awning may only be opened during the day and must be closed at night, in case of rain or wind, or when you are not at home. If left open in unsuitable conditions and damaged, guests are responsible. Repair or replacement of the awning is available for an extra fee.
