Beaches & Waterways
Halls Head Beach is a popular family-friendly beach with pristine sand and calm waters, perfect for swimming, picnics and relaxed days by the ocean. Facilities include toilets, change rooms and a children’s playground.
Mandurah is also famous for its extensive estuary and canal waterways, home to wild dolphins and offering great opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking and waterfront walks.
Family Attractions
King Carnival, one of Western Australia’s oldest amusement parks, features mini-golf, rides and arcade games enjoyed by visitors of all ages.
Just 4 Fun Aqua Park is an inflatable water park with slides and obstacles, providing a fun day out for families.

Distance from Perth
Mandurah is approx 78 km south of Perth, with a drive time of around 50–55 minutes, making it an easy destination for a day trip or coastal getaway.
You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.
We have a spa bath but is currently undergoing repairs so not available from March to July 2025 until further notice
Designed for relaxed waterfront stays, this home offers a comfortable and practical layout, ideal for families or small groups wanting to enjoy the Mandurah lifestyle.
The central kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and flows directly onto the outdoor entertaining space with canal views, creating an easy indoor-outdoor living experience.
Upstairs, a second lounge with bar provides additional space to unwind or spread out.

Neighbourhood & respect
This is a peaceful residential area. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum, particularly outdoors in the evening.
This is a well-maintained coastal home with original character, offering space, comfort and a relaxed holiday feel. It is not a newly renovated or luxury hotel-style property, but provides excellent value in a premium waterfront location.
