Inside, you’ll find a beautifully furnished apartment designed for both relaxation and practicality. The space comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a comfortable stay in the city.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with fresh linens, and the living area includes a fold-out sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. The apartment also offers air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps for your entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• Coffee pod machine
• Kettle and toaster
• Pots, pans, utensils, and cutlery

For your convenience, there is a lockbox available on-site for self-check-in. The lockbox code and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival to ensure a smooth and easy check-in process.

Please note, if you become locked out during your stay, the following call-out fees apply:
• Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM — $100 fee
• Between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM — $200 fee

4. Pool rules must be followed — no glass, proper swimwear required, and children must be supervised.
5. Please turn off all lights, air-conditioning, and appliances when leaving the apartment.
6. Dispose of rubbish using the bin chute provided in the building.
7. Treat the apartment and furnishings with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.
8. Check-out by 10:00 AM unless previously arranged. Late check-outs may incur a fee.
