Lovely spacious room. Comfy beds. Generous shower. Cleanliness of the bathroom however less than ideal with hair scattered over the vanity, the basin and stuck to the ceiling above shower recess upon arrival. Soap dispensers were dusty - clearly hadn’t been wiped over in some time. Attempted to advise reception after check in however was unable to wait lengthy time required to be seen as had other commitments.

Not as luxurious as we e ur ted for the price. The room doors are heavy and loud so you could hear ppl coming and going at all hours. The shower head in our room was cracked, broken and didn’t stay in the correct place. Friendly staff n good location

Elegant hotel. Spacious room, beautifully fitted out. Loved the extra detail - coffee pods, filtered water tap, heated towel rail. Easy walking distance to cafes, bars, shops etc Perfect for a special occasion like ours. Disappointing that there was no mention by staff of our anniversary and milestone birthday noted on the booking. It would’ve made the experience much more personal.
