Traditional motel an easy walk to town centre and beach. On main road but quiet. Good value. Note this in Rockingham, a pretty beach side town at least 45 minutes drive from the city of Perth.

The room was very clean. The location is very good. The staff excellent. The aircon was noisy. The bathroom and entry door both rattled. Fridge had to be turned off as was quite loud. TV from next room could easily be heard. $10.00 for a standard stubby of beer too expensive considering that a pint was $8.00 at the beach. I would stay again but likely take earplugs.

The rooms are dated and in need of a refurb, old wall rattler aircon which was very noisy, bathroom very old I’ve stayed in a lot better for cheaper rates, reception staff was nice though. Bed was comfortable

Hotel staff very accommodating with late arrival check-in. Room a little dated but clean and comfortable, daily room service. Microwave, fridge ample tea, coffee, milk sugar provided. Bed comfortable. Shower good pressure. Breakfast not included in price, but restaurant provides a selection off well priced breakfast options. Overall pleasant stay and close to beach and sea front facilities.
