This is a most convenient place to stay with a good parking arrangements close by. These are expensive but the hotel arrangements assist with the cost. Great convenient place fkr shopping, eating, public transport and theatres.

This is a handy hotel right in the centre of things. It used to be quite a busy area and I'd request a higher floor but it's quieter now. Parking at Raine Square handy and $25 a for 24 hours wasn't a big hassle. Great if you want to be close in and the little kitchen is handy, gives a little more room

Room has a full sized fridge, microwave and kitchen area if you wish to cook. Directly opposite is a mall with lots of food options and a supermarket. Also 2 mins away is the underground. Super convenient location and the only hotel I stay in when I go to Perth.

Spacious room, nicely renovated inside the room although the building is a little on the older side and some of the common areas looking a little worn. Staff were friendly. Very close the the main train station in Perth, shopping street. Seemed well insulated from a sound perspective as well although the street outside on a late Friday/Sat night seemed to be popular with partygoers.
