I didn't like that I was on the first floor and had to struggle up and then down stairs with my case. that was the only thing. also I didn't find a compendium as I was looking to book a taxi and didn't know any taxi company's. apart from that it was very comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic, the facilities were great, the view for the balcony was terrific and a very yummy grazing board and breakfast. Only one minor thing for improvement were the pillows were very big and uncomfortable but everything else was amazing 😃

We love the location and roomy one bedroom apartments with beautiful views of the Swan River. Safe and secure parking. Unfortunately our unit was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly which was very disappointing. The cleaning staff had gone home for the day so it wasn’t cleaned until the next morning. The manager was lovely and did her best to clean in the interim.

Picturesque location by river very tranquil and relaxing. Beautiful boats dock to admire and small beach to walk along. Beautiful walk down to the water through the gardens from room. Close to shops, markets and restaurants etc. Room was large, bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, very clean, comfortable and all amenities supplied. Breakfast was amazing, great chef, cashier lovely, and reception was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend. Will be definitely going back for a longer stay.

Nice waterfront Hotel. Room was spacious and clean with kitchen facilities and good sized fridge. Nice balcony overlooking the Marina. Parking area was secure however small so hard to park with a large 4x4. Access to the waterfront was a bit difficult unless you are on the ground floor. No restaurants or convenience shops close by so car required.

The staff were great and very understanding with our request to change rooms. The rooms could be cleaned a little more thoroughly with the lounge surfaces wiped down including the furniture. The iron we had in our room was damaged and it wrecked my shirt, but the staff provided a new iron. We added breakfast to our booking for the 4 days but unfortunately it was very average and it took 50 minutes to be served, although the staff were great and apologetic we decided to eat elsewhere for 2 of our 4 days. As mentioned, staff were great but overall the stay was average due to the age of the building and the quality of the rooms.

Pier 21 is in a lovely location over looking the river in North Fremantle. It’s a quiet location but only a 10 minute drive across the Bridge from Fremantle with shops, restaurants and the lovely market. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all the facilities needed. Don’t miss a visit to nearby Point Walter where you can walk across the sandbank at low tide and see lots of birds.
