Eco room with King bed absolutely spotless...thanks to Karma. All areas meticulously clean. Loved the layout, the pool and the rooftop area. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Found a gem. We'll be back! Food is delicious with non-,tourist prices!

Easy online check in. Easy checkout. There was urine in the toilet bowl on arrival. No face towels in the bathroom. The Tv wasn't tuned to local stations and staff couldn't work it out. I have stayed here before and was fine, those few items can be easy fixes. The restaurant charges 15% public holiday load on meals to guests. Come on?? Average tasting too. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean with good size superior room, comfort bed. Nice chocolate celebrating Xmas. No mini bar@

Yes for clean room, staff very efficient with check in, mix up with our meal, our order was miss placed, checked with waiter, having waited 40 minutes, then another 20 odd minutes for our meal,for two!!

Very well appointed room and good facilities. Comfortable stay. Kitchen area was well equipped but badly designed. Impossible to use sink without difficulty due to unnecessarily large fridge in full height cupboard blocking access. Room did not get serviced on either day despite specific request on second day. Restaurant food was poor standard.

Room was dimly lit & overlooked car park, bathroom had mould in shower, room amenities were lacking I.e no shower cap with rain shower, so used plastic bin liner to make shower cap. Room was spacious, food in restaurant was good. No complimentary water in room. 2 complimentary drink vouchers for restaurant was a nice touch. Most worrying thing was there was a piece of clear plastic wrapping in our bed which leaves us wondering if bedding was fully changed!? Have photos of all.
