Located in Pescaglia, Casa Neva provides everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 100 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a single folding bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, and washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available. The accommodation does not offer air conditioning.



Outside, you'll find a fenced seasonal pool (open May–September, dates may vary depending on weather), a garden, two covered terraces, and a barbecue—perfect for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors. The location is ideal for nature lovers and hikers, with easy access to scenic trails.



There is one parking space on the property and free street parking. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and parties or events are not permitted.



The property provides guidelines for proper waste separation, with further information available on site. The house is heated with a pellet stove, ensuring a cozy and sustainable environment. One 15 kg bag of pellets per day is included; additional bags are available for an extra charge.
