The staff was very friendly and the place was nice and clean. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool was clean and not too crowded. Toys in the pool are forbidden, and as a family we would have liked to be able to play ball, but on the other hand I understand it can be disturbing for other guests.

Even though it looked average from the outside it was clean efficiency friendly and modern on the inside. The cleaning staff must have worked so hard, well done. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is well run. The free bikes are fantastic and the food is delicious. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the whole hotel is lovely and clean. It is convenient for the train station which is just around the corner. The only downside is the busy road at the front so if that worries you, book a room overlooking the pool

It is considered one of the best hotels I have tried. The location is great and close to everything. It is easy to go and return to the entertainment cities. Breakfast was very good and staff was fantastic! What I didn’t like is our room didn't have soap to even wash our hands with. We informed the frint desk and the staff gave us soap, shampoo, lotion, which I thought was standard for all hotels.
