Looks like it is under renovation. Outside not appealing or well kept. Front desk staff person was very nice and customer service oriented. Rudimentary accommodations overall. Elevator was beat up.

Third party problems

The cable was not working during our stay. When asked about a discount we were told to speak with the manager in the AM only to be informed that since we booked via a third party they were not able to offer compensation even after paying full price for amenities offered at this location.

Beautiful, Clean and fantastic breakfast. Definitely putting this one on our favorites list. I traveled with my husband and kids and didn’t feel worried about safety. Was very family friendly!

Property was newly renovated and clean. Staff was not welcoming or friendly and not helpful. First room I was given had not been cleaned and had to return to the lobby with two kids and luggage to be assigned another room. Cable was out and was not told this at check in. No TV available the entire stay. When I asked the staff, I was told that they called comcast. No restaurants in immediate area were open. Had to drive 9 miles for takeout.

Staff was great, hotel after renovation has some problems (like barn doors not working etc), no working Tv at the time of our stay (we didnot needed , but for some it is important) Slept well Breakfast was least favorite, but it is free

Great place to stop on a long trip home from Southern Florida. Definitely would stop again. Super clean quiet and comfortable bed and room. Loved the unscented and eco responsible shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Gave a 4 out of 5 is because the bath towels were not thin but not super thick and there were was no nondairy options for coffee creamer or cereal. Next year I will just bring my own.

The room itself was fine, though the shower did not get as hot as we would have liked. The elevator floor was ripped up and dirty and did not make a good impression. We checked in late at night, coming off the highway, and it felt a little seedy but probably would have felt different earlier in the day. Also, we were given an ADA room. Would have preferred a regular room.
