Not satisfied.

The young woman at the desk was polite and much friendlier than many I've encountered. The bed was wonderful, and I very much appreciated being able to park right outside my unit. However, the cleaning left a bit to be desired. There were hairs from previous guests in the shower and on the toilet. Coffee was still in the sink around the drain. The most frustrating situation was the noise and behavior of other guests. While everyone was friendly and polite whenever I saw them, there were loud verbal arguments, at least one barking dog, and the frequent odor of pot being smoked. No room phone to contact the office left me no options. I was not satisfied with the experience and won't stay another time.

The breakfast was as expected from a Super 8, cold. The check in was not the smoothest as my card had already been charged, then charged again and reversed. House keeping started on my floor well before checkout time, they extremely noisy banging things around and talking extremely loud. I have never experienced house keeping like this, men house keeping, not that men can't do the work but it was very loud and I had gotten in late. Sucks to be me

Room blankets and bedding are not washed. One bed had red looking blood on the corner of the comforter. Notified the office and asked for a new blanket and an extra blanket. First night we froze because they said they “couldn't find” anymore blankets. The only bedside lamp did not work right, flickered and didn't turn on. One outlet next to the bed didn't work to maintain chargeable items like a phone. Toilet clogged during stay and staff took forever to find a plunger. Customer service was terrible. One worker on during our check-in and Saturday morning appeared annoyed, like I was a bother. Playing on her phone was more important. We requested additional towels, never received them. We have stayed in other areas hotels and this was by far the worst customer service. I understand the high turnover rate and trying to find solid candidates to work and clean a hotel. I have also worked in customer service in the cleaning industry, and many other areas and understand hearing complaints can be unsettling but to be rude, condescending, and have an unfriendly demeanor and presentation is undesirable and makes for awkward interactions without resolution for many of our concerns during our stay. Overall, I'd give 1 star. Won't be staying again and we will search elsewhere for accommodations for future trips to the area.

This is an older hotel that has had some cosmetic updates. The room wa comfortable but the bathroom is tiny. It is close to plenty of shopping and dining options and farther away from the main traffic in town.

Avoid this hotel

If you plan to stay here bring cleaning supplies. You will need to clean the room, especially the bathroom, first. Bring your own towels, pillows and sleep on top of the bed. Add in price gouging to what should have been a $50 room!
