We loved the history of entire area. The Inn was incredible! Very friendly and helpful! Our room was fantastic and very clean. Can’t wait to come again! And I’ve told all my friends that they should visit and see how great it is!

It is in a great location, but if you have anything like vertigo or trouble walking on leaning floors, you should maybe not stay here. My brother felt dizzy because of two different leanings on the floors and the TV was up at the 10 foot ceiling level and we needed to leave a day early because of this and another dental emergency. It would've been nice to have had our second night refunded. I'm sure they could probably rent the rooms again. The staff was snippy and the breakfast was very sparse and cold.

Nice but not so comfortable

The place is nice and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Bed was horrendous. Hard as a rock and need to be updated. Can easily hear neighbors beside, above, and below. Older crowd here.

Very Disappointed

Very disapointed - Despite the help given by your maintenance guy the TV was totally useless... never could get the live channels to work. Instructions in the room were totally useless. Carpet in our room was absolutely disgusting. Big stains! The room was in need of some sprucing up. Calking between the sink and the was was dirty and/or moldy. Mirror in the bath has flaws in the glass. Shower head it only suitable for a Child. I am 6' tall and the shower head was about mid chest. This could be very very easily resolved. Carpet in the entry to the hotel is badly worn and the top of the stairs is separated. Overall it just seems that attention to the condition of the property of the hotel is being ignored. Also... we were told that there was an included breakfast in the morning. This was very poorly communicated. What you server is a continental breakfast. We were expecting breakfast which is what we were told. Not adding one simple word set an incorrect expectation.

I enjoyed everything about the property and I appreciate the heritage etc however the creeky floors above me woke me up every morning at 6:00am when the folks above me decided it was time to rise and shine - that was not nice

Old Hotel that needs updating.

It is an old hotel and the second floor hall is rolling and one side of our room was slanted and made it difficult to walk around the bed. Needs remodeling and patchwork of extension cords in room used to add more outlets. Cable difficult to use. One pillow case was clean, but had very small washed out bloodspots. We will not stay there agai.

We’ve stayed here now twice, was disappointed that buffet breakfast was discontinued. Rooms are charming and clean but desperately need woodwork care. Bathroom wood was rotting under the paint.

Our room was tiny! There was hardly 18” around the bed. You could barely turn around in the bathroom. If you were a large person, you never would have fit in the shower. And lastly the mattress was TOO soft and the tv did not work as it should. Not sure we’ll return.

This inn is kinda away from the city and shopping. If you want a historical hotel with older features this is it. We did enjoy our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
