The cottage offers a bright, comfortable, and well-insulated new house with a large 71m² living room on the ground floor, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a TV. A pellet stove provides extra warmth. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a soft and harmonious decor and its own private bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, and toilet). Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed (160x200cm) each, and one bedroom has three single beds (90x190cm). A large terrace runs the length of the house, along with parking and a lawn area with fruit trees (pears and plums). The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a pergola.

The owners, who live next door to the cottage, have a beautiful vegetable garden and numerous fruit trees, as well as a chicken coop. In winter, sheep graze near the cottage. You will be enchanted by the views from the upper floor overlooking the fields stretching as far as the eye can see!

Peuton is ideally located 12km from Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports (water park, water skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, electric boats), cycling (with rentals available at Canotika) along the Vélo Francette cycle route on the Mayenne towpath, museum visits, cinema, and more. The town has been awarded the "Fleur d'Or" label for the quality of its landscaped areas. A must-see!

You can also visit the Robert Tatin Museum, an open-air museum with giant sculptures!

The Rincerie leisure park (24km) offers a beautiful lake with a beach and wake park.
