We arrived about an hour before 4pm check in - but our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in early. Much appreciated as we had to get dressed for a wedding nearby at 4:30 pm. Our room was very nice. The whole hotel is very nice - clean, modern, and well maintained. Breakfast was very good - lots of healthy and delicious choices. Some minor criticisms - the AC could not be turned lower than 70F (we like a cool room for sleeping) and the AC was very noisy when it did kick on.

Very pleased from the time we checked in for 2 days and through departure. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Decor of lodging is impressive. Couple of small items within the room could use attention yet when bringing to front desk representative was informed all the rooms will be undergoing a transformation this winter. The breakfast inclusion is decent and convenient. Location is perfect and only minutes away from multiple restaurants, conveniences, and shopping. On-site bar and grill although we did not have an opportunity to enjoy. However we will the next time as we will definitely stay at this Best Western Plus again in the near future. Do recommend this hotel.
