Not Charming!

When I arrived at the property at 7:45 PM, I found a grease and water filled pan on the stove. The bathroom had 4 wet and stained washcloths on the sink and hanging, a used toothpaste tube, and hair on the sink and no clean towels or toilet paper. I looked in the bedrooms. There was a crumpled up towel in one that looked used and a folded towel with blood stains on it in the other. I contacted the host who said he would send a cleaner immediately. I waited until 9:30PM and no one showed. Host said he would reimburse me for first night and also didn't understand how it was dirty unless previous guests returned after checking out. This made me feel extremely unsafe and I decided not to return. I would appreciate some sort of reimbursement as I had to stay in a hotel the entire 5 days. If the owner doesn't live in Philadelphia, I suggest you get a property manager who can take a look at your rental.
